As the Director of Manufacturing, you will have overall responsibility for the people and processes that run at Malvern, with direct accountability for Manufacturing and manufacturing Engineering. With this overall responsibility of course comes all the normal requirements for Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement and plan adherence, reporting into the Global Director Manufacturing and manufacturing Engineering. A degree of travel may be required but the key focus of this role will be the facility and effective management, coaching and leadership of the people there. What you will bring to the role: You will bring strong manufacturing skills and experience Clear and demonstrable lean experience Strategic thinking Business acumen Strong coaching skills and experience You will have a background in manufacturing roles and a strong lean bias You will also have a clear understanding of assembly work and ideally machine shop experience Why you should join
