• Spanish/ English Bilingual :

• Coordinate the ongoing projects to meet the deadline in timely manner
• Assist in preparation of proposals and coordinate the ordering of materials and communicate with engineers and technicians participating in assigned projects
• Communicate with clients for any updates on project layout, progress, and share the updates with other departments related to the project
• design change, shipping & receiving, pricing, schedule etc.
• Provide top customer service to clients and creatively resolve issues
• Show attention to detail
• Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements
• Manufacturing Project Manager

• Spanish/ English Bilingual :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
• At least 1-3 years of industrial project management experience in manufacturing industry
• Project Management certification (PMP) will be huge plus
• Able to read blueprints, technical drawings is plus
• Strong

MS EXCEL

skills MUST and SAP ERP experience will be plus

• Business-level proficiency in Spanish and English (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management are MUST
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to travel up to 25%
• Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
