Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of customer service representatives, application engineers and designer/drafters Perform as project manager overseeing large projects including customer contact and working with sales team and factories. Reviewing and approving drawings for customers. Light travel Experience with electrical motor design and fabrication design including baseplates, bell housings and swing bases.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred) 1-3 years of manufacturing and/or technical support experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities in English (both written and verbal) Ability to work effectively in a team environment Management/supervisory experience
