Hartwell GA Duties:

Responsible for managing all Nestle Continuous Excellence Initiatives and Pillar activities within the factory. Oversee the Manufacturing Excellence Department and allocating roles and responsibilities for Industrial Performance/Focus Improvement and Goal Alignment activities. Promote the vision and path to Manufacturing Excellence. Lead and maintain the OMP construction strategy through the implementation of construction objectives, and cascade objectives and alignment activities performance indicators (API) with current priority factory losses. Ensure the integration of all NCE Initiatives and Pillars into Standard Work Routines. Identify, support, and assign focused improvement projects at the factory and maintain the construction operation strategy. Assure alignment between NCE factory implementation plans and KPIs from the Product Supply Operational Master Plan. Provide management and monitoring of improvement projects, ensuring that the benefits generated are correctly measured and the impact on production costs is identified. Guide and ensure adherence to good Manufacturing Practices and conduct health checks on Industrial Performance Routines. Train, coach, and assess teams across functions in the factory on the Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma activities. Multiple positions available.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Management role. Required experience must include 3 years of experience in each of the following: Experience in process improvement or coaching and developing in a manufacturing or military environment; Experience in coaching and mentorship; Experience in relationship building as a member of a factory or military senior leadership team; Leadership experience in Total Performance Management implementation including JIPM programs in a manufacturing environment; Experience in adult learning and training methodologies; Working with problem solving methodologies such as accredited belts for a 6Sigma or DMAIC program.
