Required Qualifications:

Must have at least five (5) years of production supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control Ability to drive continuous improvement throughout production environment

Preferred:

4 year College Degree location: Rutledge, Georgia job type: Permanent salary: $70,000 – 80,000 per year work hours: 9pm to 7am education: Associates responsibilities: Day-to-day functions of team by managing associates and meeting the performance expectations Lead, manage, and develop team in the execution of the daily production plan Review production schedules and line capacity to make decisions concerning staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records Coach associates to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, quality and productivity. Use technical expertise to identify solutions for problem-solving and improvement opportunities.
