Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plant operations, including production scheduling, logistics, and maintenance. Manage fabrication, welding, and coating operations while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with AISC, CWB, and OSHA standards. Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor key performance metrics and communicate insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

7-10+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Background in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred). Excellent communication and team-building skills.
