What You Need:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership role, preferably in textiles, soft goods, or sewn products.
Proven track record in managing production teams and hitting key operational targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience working with ERP or production planning software preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

What Your Role Will Look Like:
As Plant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily plant activities, ensuring efficient production, meeting quality standards, and driving operational excellence across all departments. This role requires a hands-on approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
Oversee daily pillow and beanbag manufacturing activities, ensuring output aligns with volume, quality, and delivery targets.
Supervise, train, and motivate floor supervisors, production teams, and warehouse personnel.
Implement and monitor KPIs to track plant performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with corporate planning and sales teams to meet changing order volumes and delivery deadlines.
Optimize material usage, labor efficiency, and machine uptime to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Manage plant scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory planning.
Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean or Six Sigma principles where applicable.
