Join the House-Autry family and be part of our exciting future! We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join and lead our team in Hogansville. The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Hogansville location. Duties include hiring and training manufacturing plant employees, reviewing production records to determine whether employees meet their performance expectations and coordinating with corporate management to enforce changes to plant budgets or safety procedures. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee all site operations to ensure safety Develop plans that help operations run smoothly Ensure site production objectives and cost goals are met. Supports site leadership staff. Responsible for ensuring that production output is maximized through planning, utilization of people, and effective management of process and packaging equipment. Works closely with Four Oaks location for sourcing raw materials and packaging. Responsible for working closely with QA to ensure that quality procedures and GMP’s are followed. Responsible to make sure employees are adequately trained in their areas, understand their responsibilities, and are held accountable for their actions. Ensure all Shipping and Receiving is completed timely. Actively work with all site personnel to reduce waste and rework. Support production manager to ensure all paperwork is complete at the end of each shift. Execute all procedures and policies that are put in place to reach company objectives. Ensure preventative maintenance, schedule and recordkeeping are followed accordingly. Ensure sanitation is maintained by employees. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Education Requirements HS Diploma or GED required Associates Degree in relevant field preferred. 5+ years of supervision/management experience in a manufacturing environment. Food manufacturing experience preferred Proven leadership experience required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and troubleshooting instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply mathematical concepts and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, & Teams)
