What Y our R ole E ntails: Optimize processes bypartnering with the Production Manager to spearhead continuousimprovement initiatives. Achieve production targets whilemaintaining quality standards and identifying cost-savingopportunities. Support and inspire team members to foster acollaborative, accountable, and high-performing work environment.

Foster a service-oriented culture that delivers exceptional valueto internal and external stakeholders. Ensure safety compliance byconduct ing regular inspections and provid ing training andproactive initiatives. Oversee wastewater processes to optimizeefficiency and minimize environmental impact. Manage inventory ,vendor relationships , and equipment maintenance to ensure seamlessoperations. Assist d evelop ment and implementation of productionschedules while driving operational improvements . Collaborateacross departments , including Service, Sales, Maintenance, andOffice, to align production goals with business objectives and ourenterprise mindset. Exhibit strategic agility to adapt to change,overcome challenges, and drive long-term success. Support employeetransitions by partnering with the Production Manager in hiring,onboarding, retention, and offboarding.

Qualifications What You Bring to

UniFirst :

Minimum 21 years of age. V alid driver’s license and safe driving record is required .Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership experience with strong teambuilding and interpersonal relationships. Ability to performphysical tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, and walkingfor extended periods . Willingness to travel occasionally (lessthan 25%). Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of production managementexperience, with leadership, process improvement skills, andindustry best practices . F inancial literacy to analyze productioncosts and make data-driven decisions P roficiency in MicrosoftSuite. Familiarity with ISO standards and/or Lean Six Sigmamethodologies.
