As the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our bagel production process, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the production of bagels from start to finish
• Ensure the proper preparation of dough and other ingredients in high volumes
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and optimize efficiency
• Coordinate production schedules to meet demand and maintain inventory levels
• Perform regular quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume dough production, preferably in a bagel or bakery setting
• Self motivated
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of various dough production equipment
