Louis, MO Onsite Purpose of Role:

The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for designing and leading the execution of production plans for company products, which are engineered and/or made to order specialty projects. They will lead the development and execution of the ‘Output Plan’ each month and maintain tracking mechanisms to ensure the team stays on track. The tools utilized will be, SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, Microsoft Office tools, and the War Room process for execution tracking. Why choose

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:

Work with the Planning Manager to establish monthly output plan to include targeted OE and AM orders to build in the given month. The plan must meet the financial objective (forecast) and should include margin to hedge higher risk orders. Identification of orders with risk and level of risk is imperative. Communicate with

Team:

Lead bi-weekly production meetings to highlight specific areas where the team is falling behind and include a review of current machine/personnel capacity and supply chain. The meeting is intended to review and manage exceptions to the plan along with tracking progress and escalate delays in engineering, production and purchasing to ensure timely execution of customer orders.

Reporting:

Lead and support the development and implementation of business system tools and reports using authorized corporate software•Power BI, Power App, 42

Q and Excel Prompt Updates:

Provide updates and delivery schedules to Sales team for customer orders•Must sustain a 24 hour response time.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline•industrial or mechanical engineering is highly preferred. 3-5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment SAP or similar MRP systems, SAP highly preferred. Project Management, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
