The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure optimal asset utilization, high production standards, and cost-effective processes. You will report directly to the General Manager and be instrumental in achieving business goals and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key leadership role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and direct plant operations to maximize efficiency and ROI Develop and implement cost-saving strategies across manpower, equipment, and materials Ensure production schedules are met with high-quality output Set department goals focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement Monitor and control spending in alignment with budget and production levels

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong oral and written communication skills Proven time management and problem-solving abilities Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment Ability to interpret data and apply figure aptitude in decision-making Previous experience in a similar leadership role is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
