Production Manager 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 2640 Ramada Road, Burlington, NC 27215 We have an opening for a Production Manager for a growing manufacturing company in the area. This person would be responsible for:

• The oversight of personnel (both hourly and contingent)
• Overseeing the production process, ensuring production is satisfying the needs of incoming orders for wholesale and retail customers.
• Managing the scheduling for production and employees, evaluating employee performance and taking corrective measures when necessary.

Requirements include:

Prior experience working in a warehouse or production facility Experience with managing teams of 20+ members in a production environment Experience with developing and training on Standard Operating Procedures Must be able to work overtime as necessary Must be able to manage employee schedules Must be able to manage production schedule to facilitate incoming orders Must be able to demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills Must be able to manage expectations of upper management Must be able to operate computer systems Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of general warehouse/production functions such as Purchasing & Receiving, Inventory, Production, Shipping & Fulfillment, SKUs, differences between parts, products, services, equipment, and labor
