Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field (required) 10+ years of Plant Manager experience, including leading teams of 40+ employees Proven leadership skills with a strong record of team development, performance management, and frontline coaching Experience in chemical manufacturing and/or paper treating is desirable Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations under pressure, with sound judgment and real-time problem-solving Deep understanding of HSE and environmental regulations Proficiency in project management and process optimization
