Position Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete product line, ensuring market viability through effective product management, pricing, marketing, and competitive positioning. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Divisional Sales Managers, and requires regular interaction with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead on new product development, incorporating input from Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Manufacturing. Collaborate with leadership and pricing analysts to establish competitive pricing strategies that support market growth and profitability. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to monitor product performance and recommend improvements to leadership. Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery. Develop and publish internal product bulletins. Create and maintain systems for collecting and analyzing market intelligence, including competitor pricing and service models. Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data mining and trend analysis. Support long-term strategic planning by assisting with market trend analysis and sales forecasting. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in the window and door industry Deep understanding of product development, marketing, and pricing Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams Knowledge of window and door manufacturing processes Strong analytical, financial, and statistical acumen Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in SAP, Business Intelligence tools, Microsoft Office, and Excel (including pivot tables) Strong presentation skills and attention to detail Demonstrated initiative and ownership of projects

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Primarily office-based in Charlotte, NC Regular visits to the production floor Travel required for external site visits and industry events
