PrideStaff is seeking a Warehouse Plant Manager for a manufacturing warehouse located in North Charlotte.

North Charlotte, NC 28206
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation:
$40,000-$45,000 per year (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on and organized Plant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure production goals are met, and support a productive, safe, and team-oriented work environment. This role will also play a key part in hiring and training team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety.
Manage a team of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Participate in hiring and onboarding of new plant employees.
Monitor inventory, supply levels, and equipment maintenance needs.
Collaborate with senior leadership on production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions in real time.
Maintain accurate production reports and records.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably as a supervisor or manager.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable making hiring decisions and managing personnel matters.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
