Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of residential roofing projects. This individual will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the production process from contract to completion—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Manage the full production lifecycle for residential roofing jobs, including scheduling crews, ordering materials, and ensuring site readiness.

Scheduling:

Develop and maintain the production calendar; coordinate start dates with customers, crews, and suppliers.

Quality Control:

Conduct job site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers during production; provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Crew Management:

Oversee subcontracted roofing crews; assign projects, track performance, and resolve on-site issues.

Vendor Coordination:

Work with material suppliers to ensure timely deliveries; manage material returns and shortages.

Problem Solving:

Quickly and effectively address unforeseen issues such as weather delays, crew no-shows, or change orders.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of job progress, material usage, and crew hours; close out jobs with thorough final inspections.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job sites.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential roofing or construction project management Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient with project management tools and basic computer applications (e.g., CRM, Excel, Google Workspace) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:
