We are seeking experienced, driven Sales Executives with a strong background in injection molding or metal stamping. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, excellent client relationship skills, and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes. Duties Develop and grow new and existing customer accounts in the injection molding or metal stamping sectors. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored manufacturing solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and technical proposals. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure successful project delivery. Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in injection molding or metal stamping industries. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to travel as required.
