General Manager

We manufacture and distribute top-quality electrical components for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more. We’re growing—and we’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to help lead that growth while keeping our tight-knit culture strong. Position Overview The General Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for the daily operations across multiple departments including production, engineering, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service. You’ll be a culture builder, problem solver, and team leader who thrives in a casual, fast-paced, and down-to-earth environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across departments
- Lead a team of 28 employees with a positive, adaptable, people-first approach
- Supervise production, inventory, shipping/receiving, and purchasing
- Maintain and analyze reports in Fishbowl Inventory
- Use Advanced Excel to run shortage, inventory, and performance reports
- Work closely with company owners on growth strategy
- Provide leadership in employee management, hiring, and performance reviews
- Maintain building and equipment operations
- Attend trade shows as needed Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management and operations
- Strong Fishbowl Inventory experience is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, dashboarding)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, approachable leadership style
- Experience in the powersports industry is a plus What We Offer
