Second shift, Monday – Friday3:30 pm – 12:00 am
Pay Rate:

Responsibilities:
Plan and draw up a production scheduleManage inventory and order stock when neededResponsible for equipment maintenance and repairsSet and implement quality standardsEnsure production will be cost-effective by estimating costs and negotiating budgets with clients and managersMonitor production processes and adjust schedules when neededMonitor production rates and speedReview individual performance and conduct training when neededDirect and coordinate daily activities and personnelContinuous product quality improvement and monitor daily standardsAssure timely delivery to the customer and resolve production/shipment issuesTrain new employees, address concerns, and resolve problemsComply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gearDelegate tasks to individuals and teams
Position Requirements:
Previous Production, Manufacturing, or Assembly experience is requiredPrevious supervisory/leadership/management experience is requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing and fast-paced environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and other required systemsRequired to stand an extended timeMust be able to work in various weather and temperature conditionsMay engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pullingOutstanding interpersonal, time management, and collaboration skillsAttention to detailSurge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
