ASAP Position Summary A well-established and growing food manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily plant operations. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and product quality while building a high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and direct employees on the Hard Cook, Scrambled Egg Line , and Sanitation teams Cover shifts when supervision is unavailable or when new supervisors require training Oversee the Mixing Process for the Scrambled Egg Line Enforce safety standards and proactively prevent incidents and injuries Maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ensure team compliance with all company policies and government regulations Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to meet all product quality standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and sanitation Develop and mentor supervisors to promote retention and growth Foster clear and open communication across all departments and shifts Report and act promptly on any food safety or quality concerns Promote a positive team culture and morale Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, food production , or industrial settings Strong interpersonal and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence Preferred Training & Certifications HACCP, GMP, and Allergen Awareness Chemical Handling & Bloodborne Pathogens Workplace Hazard Safety & Lifting Procedures First Aid/CPR (preferred) Apply Today This is an excellent opportunity for a production leader ready to take the next step in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
