Salary:

Match Job Details Responsibilities:
1.Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant machinery andequipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. 2.Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance program,focusing on proactive measures to minimize potential equipmentfailures. 3. Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenancetechnicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, andcontinuous improvement. 4. Work closely with other department headsto coordinate maintenance schedules, reducing disruption to theproduction process. 5. Manage the budget for the maintenancedepartment, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. 6. Ensurecompliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining asafe and clean working environment. 7. Continuously evaluate theefficiency of our operations and implement improvements wherenecessary. 8. Liaise with external contractors and suppliers,ensuring the timely delivery of services and parts. 9. Prepareregular reports for senior management, detailing maintenanceactivities, equipment status, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in plantmaintenance within the manufacturing industry. 2. Demonstratedleadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.3. Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery. 4.Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred, but notessential. 5. Proven track record in implementing continuousimprovement initiatives. 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with theability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively.7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise withstaff at all levels. 8. Proficiency in using maintenance managementsoftware. 9. A degree in Engineering, or a related field, ispreferred. 10. Certification in Health and Safety regulations isdesirable. 11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tightdeadlines. 12.
