As our business grows, we’re seeking a skilled, hands-on Warehouse Manufacturing Manager to lead our production and logistics teams and help us maintain the high standards our customers count on.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily operations at our production facility. The ideal candidate must have prior plumbing experience and a proven background in team leadership, manufacturing, and inventory management. This role is critical to ensuring that every tub we produce meets our strict standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of builders, quality assurance specialists, and shipping personnel to meet production and delivery goals. Oversee all plumbing-related aspects of the production process , ensuring each unit is built to exact specifications and safety standards. Manage inventory levels for all components and materials; coordinate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overages. Maintain and enforce strict quality control procedures throughout the production process. Ensure all production targets, shipping schedules, and customer delivery timelines are met consistently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs. Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems to track production, inventory, and order fulfillment. Salesforce experience is a plus for managing production workflows and tracking order status.

Qualifications:

Prior plumbing experience is required – residential, commercial, or manufacturing-related. 5+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or operations management. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing inventory and workflow. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and warehouse software systems. Salesforce experience preferred , but not required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
