Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Plant Manager For It’s Growing Plant. Client Is Looking For Local Candidates To Piermont/ Orangeburg NY. Candidates Must Have Previous Beverage/CPG/ or Food Experience. Candidates With Strong Food Safety Background Is Needed. This job will have the following responsibilities: Plan, direct, control, implement, evaluate, monitor, and forecast operation department budgets and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives. Lead coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering and quality departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes. Ensure all regulatory, legal and contractual requirements are adhered to, and work environments are adequate, safe and compliant in all Health & Safety regulations; to include but not limited to OSHA, FDA, GMPs and AIB Guidelines. Oversee manufacturing, materials (purchasing and planning), shipping/receiving, process and manufacturing engineering and facility functions, ensuring each is effectively supporting the company while reaching goals set by department and company leadership. Builds people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for both management and front-line hourly personnel. Experience working with and driving improvements through key performance indicators

Qualifications & Requirements:

BS Degree preferred, but not limited too 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management with multi plant experience desired Excellent team building skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks Supervisory experience or demonstrated people leadership attributes. Ability to interact in a positive and professional way with all personnel within company and with our customers Highly self-motivated and directed Must be local.
