Key duties include:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility and production equipment. Supervise capital equipment installations , including new furnaces, rebuilds, and plant upgrades. Lead equipment-based projects related to capacity expansion, productivity, and reliability improvement. Partner with engineers and the Melt Manager to identify, implement, and evaluate modifications for E.B., PAM, and VAR furnaces and other critical systems. Oversee maintenance of molds, dovetail puller assemblies, hearth parts, and shielding. Schedule and manage contractor and internal technician support for all mechanical and electrical systems.
