Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate daily production activities to meet product specifications, delivery schedules, and quality standards. + Distribute production orders and labels to ensure proper manufacturing and packaging processes. + Review operational reports and address production challenges to minimize costs and prevent delays. + Develop and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. + Promote workplace safety by monitoring practices and maintaining clean and organized production areas. + Provide guidance to workers on resolving production-related problems and improving workflow. + Monitor inventory and request necessary supplies to support ongoing production needs. Requirements The ideal Production Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree. Other requirements for the Production Manager role include and are not limited to: + 2+ years related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment + Management experience preferred + Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
