Summary We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations at Dust Solutions Inc. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient production of our dust suppression systems while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Production Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting our mission to serve our diverse industrial clientele. Responsibilities Manage daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Supervise and lead production staff, providing training and guidance as needed. Coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise. Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all manufacturing processes. Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records of materials used in production. Support field service needs as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes. Familiarity with assembly line operations and the use of hand and power tools. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with warehouse operations and forklift operation is a plus.
