Role and Responsibilities 1. Performance management of production machinery, equipment, and facilities 2. Preventive maintenance and repair of production machinery, equipment and facilities 3. Maintain and repair machinery, equipment and facilities with issues in production performance and product quality. 4. People Management skills:

Train, mentor, guide, and coach associates as needed. Monitor time keeping and approve time cards, which includes monitoring and calculating Bereavement Leave, FMLA, Jury Duty, Military Leave, PTO, STD, Parental Leave, etc. Manage individual employee performance by conducting performance evaluations and delivering performance improvement notifications. 7. Skills and Qualifications Education:

High school diploma plus 12 years of specific relavent experience required ; or Associate’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical or other related discipline plus 6 years of specific relevant experience preferred; or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical or other related discipline preferred.

Experience:

5 or more years of relevant work experience in specific field

Knowledge:

Require a knowledge of machinery, electricity, control and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Skills:

Machinery

• Understanding of machine structures and how to operate machines, parts characteristics, main maintenance items, and safety regulations Electricity and Control
• Understainding system operating sequence and electricity parts
• Exchanging and improving the electrical system Hydraulic and pneumatic system
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic system and their safety regulations Management skills
• Writing parts list and work/improvement reports
