Plant Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Plant Manager for a client in the Seneca area. The ideal candidate will use leadership skills tomunicate vision and direction through the management team, reaching all levels of plant staff. They will establish annual business plans aimed at enhancingpetitive edge, profitability, and quality, while adhering to all plant and OSHA safety policies and regulations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operation of the facility, ensuring quality, safety, and cost improvements.
Collaborate with the corporate financial team and plant staff to manage operational costs and performance.
Lead management reviews of quality systems and promote continuous improvement.
Ensure the facility is adequately staffed and trained.
Act as the primary site executive representing the facility to clients, prospects, suppliers, and government agencies.
Make financial decisions regarding orders, equipment purchases, and staffing.
Maintain responsibility for facility housekeeping and safety awareness.
Communicate the plant’s financial and operational condition to Corporate.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical program or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in an operations leadership role.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics and injection molding.
In-depth knowledge of P&L and quality systems.
Completion of “Fundamentals of Injection Molding” Paulson Training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

Pay:

$105,000 – 110,000K
