2nd shift-Full-time | Hourly | On-site

They are looking for you, an experienced Tooling Repair Technician, to join their team in a direct-hire role. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing molds and fixtures to ensure top-tier production quality and efficiency.
What you get to do:

  • Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble molds and tooling
  • Diagnose and repair mold issues due to damage or wear
  • Operate lathes, mills, and surface grinders
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Provide quotes for time and material as needed
  • Document all maintenance and repair activity
  • Assist with complex tooling issues and provide support across departments
  • Follow all safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out
    What you need to succeed:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Tool & Die preferred
  • 4+ years of hands-on tooling repair experience
  • Proficient in welding, blueprint reading, shop math, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to lead and guide junior technicians (for senior-level roles)
  • Valid forklift license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
