They are looking for you, an experienced Tooling Repair Technician, to join their team in a direct-hire role. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing molds and fixtures to ensure top-tier production quality and efficiency.
What you get to do:
- Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble molds and tooling
- Diagnose and repair mold issues due to damage or wear
- Operate lathes, mills, and surface grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Provide quotes for time and material as needed
- Document all maintenance and repair activity
- Assist with complex tooling issues and provide support across departments
- Follow all safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out
What you need to succeed: - High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Tool & Die preferred
- 4+ years of hands-on tooling repair experience
- Proficient in welding, blueprint reading, shop math, and troubleshooting
- Ability to lead and guide junior technicians (for senior-level roles)
- Valid forklift license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
