The ideal candidate will have proven Project Management and Customer Support experience with excellent communication and problem solving skills. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000/year plus a full benefits package.
About The Position:
In this role, you will build and maintain the client relationship by leading the client project from onboarding to launch. Accurate forecasting and demand planning are key to this position as you will build the product timelines and manage them to success. Leading validation, regulatory, and continuous improvement requirements of the project to support the product timeline is crucial in this role.
Skills Needed:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems Passion for client support and success Analytical Thinker Problem Solver Familiar with cGMP/cGDP standards Ability to support Change Control (CC), Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Education, Certifications, Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field. 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, client-focused, manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP or QAD preferred).
