Production Planning and Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.

Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure production targets are met.

Optimize workflow and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.

Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.

Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.

Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Quality and Continuous Improvement:

Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure products meet specified standards.

Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and other departments to optimize processes and resolve production issues.

Cost Management and Budgeting:

Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Monitor inventory levels and optimize material flow to minimize waste and carrying costs.

Prepare reports on production performance, costs, and key metrics.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and promoting a safety-first culture.

Investigate and report all incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
