Duties Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee the assembly processes to ensure products meet quality specifications and production timelines. Foster a culture of lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess plant performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Experience Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, and lean methodologies.
