This includes leadership and responsibility for the people, processes, materials, equipment, and systems within the manufacturing unit.

Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality products in a timely manner. Assist COO in planning, developing, and implementing manufacturing strategy for optimum profitability. Directs productivity plans to obtain optimum facility utilization (including buildings, processes, equipment, tooling, and methods), to achieve products at appropriate levels of cost, quality, and delivery. Coordinates integration with Engineering to ensure manufacturing processes and methods which are compatible with product design and provide optimum cost. Continually analyze and evaluate information to provide effective solutions and/or recommendations to ensure KPI goals are met. Assesses and maintains direct labor efficiency, measurement, and control to assure maximum employee output. Collaborates with global partners within the organization in an effort to promote continuous improvement and customer service, while optimizing standardized manufacturing processes. Implement and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Lead and manage cross-functional teams that support manufacturing. Recognize and execute change management initiatives. Provide effective report-outs and presentations to various audiences. Review and further develop direct reports Identify and facilitate development of potential leaders within manufacturing. Ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures. Demonstrate professional behavior in-line with leadership competencies and organizational core values. Adhere to the Quality Management System and other applicable regulatory requirements. Must work and interact effectively and professionally throughout various levels of the organization. Must strictly adhere to safety requirements. Must maintain company and customer quality standards. Other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Technical and/or Management related field; or equivalent years of experience in a role comparable to the education level Ten (10) plus years of manufacturing experience Five (5) plus years of management/leadership experience Previous industry experience a plus, but not required
