Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinates closely with the Project Manager to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Oversee daily operations including production scheduling, resource allocation, and internal operating activities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Capability to report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Perform inspections to verify products and processes align with quality standards.
- Ensure precise documentation of inspection results and quality concerns.
- Maintains awareness of manufacturing methods, technology trends, and equipment developments; uses this knowledge to support operations.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Conduct regular team meetings and evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure prompt availability of materials without overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes in manufacturing and assembly operations.
