Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates closely with the Project Manager to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Oversee daily operations including production scheduling, resource allocation, and internal operating activities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Capability to report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Perform inspections to verify products and processes align with quality standards.
  • Ensure precise documentation of inspection results and quality concerns.
  • Maintains awareness of manufacturing methods, technology trends, and equipment developments; uses this knowledge to support operations.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure prompt availability of materials without overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes in manufacturing and assembly operations.
  • Evaluates the competence, capabilities, and resources of vendors.
