Job Description

We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily operations, champion continuous improvement, and drive manufacturing excellence at our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all plant operations including Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Production Control, and more. Collaborate closely with Production Leads to ensure exceptional product quality, on-time delivery, and optimal production output. Analyze key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in cost, quality, and efficiency. Implement strategic plans and lean manufacturing practices to support corporate initiatives. Drive continuous improvement efforts and manage Area Improvement Team (AIT) projects. Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and engineering efforts. Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 820 and
ISO 13485
standards. Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration. Qualifications 5+ years of proven success in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role. Strong background in financial management including P&L, budgeting, and capital expenditure justification. Solid experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization . Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. Experience launching new products from concept to execution. Familiarity with MRP systems (EPICOR preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business , or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing . Knowledge of regulatory compliance in highly regulated industries.
