Gpac is working with a client company in eastern TN who is seeking a Plant Manager for their food manufacturing facility! This family-owned company has been around for close to a century! Requirements of the
Plant Manager:
10+ years in a high care environment (bakery, dairy)
5-7 years in a Plant/Operations Management
SQF
Lean manufacturing, preferred
Experience with starting new facilities
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
