Production Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position
$22.00 to $23.00 /hour
Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
Responsible for supervising, training, and coordinating activities of associates within the cell
Responsible for quality within the cell
Responsible for coaching and counseling of associates (WI18-09)
Preparation of all required production reports
Conducts weekly cell meetings
Administers daily overtime for lead person, and material handler within their cell
Monitors vacation requests and scheduling of vacation for lead person and material handler to attain adequate coverage
Completes Training/Evaluation Forms for new associates, material handlers and lead persons within the cell for 30/60-day intervals after associates are hired or start a new position (WI18-006)

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

Experience with injection mold machines
Previous leadership experience in manufacturing
Good communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
Satisfactory work record, including attendance
Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends when necessary
