PROJECTXYZ
is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of the departmental processes and personnel within the assigned manufacturing function.•Essential functions•Supervises the process and all employees in the department.
Schedules workload for all employees in the department.
Manage employee timecards and operational policies.
Ensures manufacturing process in the department meets all production and quality requirements.
Performs recordkeeping for various aspects of the manufacturing process, as required.
Addresses all production emergencies and any requests from other department supervisors in a responsible and professional manner.
Monitors safety within the department on a continual basis and holds weekly safety meetings with employees.
Ensure that the teams work gets done on time, effectively, and in accordance with quality requirements.
Capable of managing the members to implement the containment actions for the supplier defects at the production line.
Professionally adheres to company rules and policies.
Performs all other duties necessary to ensure business success.•Requirements•High School Diploma or GED.Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
