Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM•12:00 AM (2nd Shift, 40 hrs/week; OT may be required)

Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole | Leadership experience | Must wear steel-toe boots and provided company apparel
About the Role
We’re hiring a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to support 2nd shift operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. This is a hands-on supervisor role focused on supporting the workforce, ensuring compliance and safety, and serving as the primary point of contact for our client during evening operations.
This is not a recruiting position—your impact will be felt on the floor and in the field as you lead a team of 20+ employees, support onboarding, manage day-to-day issues, and build a strong relationship with both workers and the customer. Fluency in English and Haitian Creole is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily leadership and support to a team of 20+ associates on 2nd shift
Act as the primary onsite representative for both employees and the client
Translate during onboarding sessions and team meetings as needed
Monitor attendance, performance, and engagement of assigned employees
Ensure compliance with all onboarding and safety protocols (I-9, drug screen, background checks, PPE, etc.)
Maintain accurate records and documentation using internal systems (e.g., ATS, Salesforce, scheduling tools)
Address employee concerns, provide coaching, and enforce company policies
Manage uniforms, supplies, and retention programs
Conduct safety walkthroughs and promote best practices in a manufacturing environment
Plan or support employee events and recognition initiatives
Conduct exit interviews and assist with redeployment planning
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Haitian Creole (verbal and written)
Proven leadership or supervisory experience (any industry or setting)
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and mobile applications
Must be able to work onsite in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to work overtime or extended hours as needed
Work Environment & Requirements
Standing and walking for extended periods in a factory/production setting
Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs
Exposure to manufacturing conditions including variable temperatures and noise
