Bolzoni Auramo in Sulligent, AL has immediate openings for experienced welders for fulltime positions on 2nd and 3rd shift operations.
Structural WeldersWill perform the following operations:
Milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding, and all bench operations and inspect.
Working from process instructions, sketches, blueprints, and shop orders.
Checks parts using various types of measuring instruments.
Accountable for quality inspections before and after the weld.
Works from instruction, sketches, blueprints, and shop folders.
Must be able to set-up and operate welding machines, responsible for quality of weld work performed.
Work includes setting speeds, feed, and temperature controls, locating work fixture, adjusting machine to maintain quality welds, assist in welding process of cylinder manufacturing utilizing robotic and hand welding skills as well as identifies weld quality.
