This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively lead a diverse team of production staff, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support production team members on the manufacturing floor Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards Provide hands-on training and coaching to team members Serve as a liaison between staff and management Maintain accurate records and reports related to production Identify and resolve operational issues in real-time Enforce company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Minimum [1+] years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead by example and motivate a team

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; occasional overtime as needed]
