The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse and factory settings, with hands-on experience in assembly lines and fabrication processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Manage daily production activities to ensure smooth operations within the manufacturing facility. Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity. Oversee the assembly process, ensuring that products are fabricated accurately and efficiently. Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities for hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in a production management role within a warehouse or manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely. Familiarity with assembly line processes and fabrication techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
