Compensation:

$60,000 – $68,000 annually, DOE – Overtime eligible

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and support team leads and production staff to ensure quality output
Coordinate shift schedules and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines
Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate on improvements
Promote safety protocols and ensure compliance across the team
Maintain production documentation and performance reports
Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Flex between day and night shifts on a 4-week rotation What You’ll Need to be

Considered:

Experience supervising teams in an automotive or industrial setting
Familiarity with welding and/or E-coat processes
Comfort working in a high-noise, fast-moving plant environment
