Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise production workers, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Motivate, mentor, and guide team members to enhance skills and foster a positive work environment.
Production Management:
Plan production schedules to meet customer demands.
Monitor and control processes for efficiency and quality control.
Resource Allocation:
Efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless material and information flow.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements.
Participate in problem-solving to address production issues.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety policies and conduct regular inspections.
