The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes and assembly line management, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools, as well as experience with warehouse operations and forklift operation. Duties Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive work environment. Coordinate assembly line operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent downtime. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues. Maintain safety protocols within the factory to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist in the fabrication of components as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge and skills. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools.
