This role will work for MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC. (MNAe).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) Plan short and long-term objectives for the Production department Provide capacity and labor planning for all manufacturing departments Coordinate continuous improvement teams to achieve division goals in productivity improvements, quality improvements, and safety goals Coordinate corrective action planning to ensure effective root cause analysis and proper implementation of improvement methods Teach continuous improvement philosophy through monthly training Provide conflict resolution for and coach Team Members Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental goals Ensure departmental compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety rules Oversee and provide counseling on proper progressive discipline per company policies Initiate reporting systems to monitor department performance Minimize overtime of all assigned Team Members Plan and conduct continuous improvement training of supervisory personnel Maintain personnel headcount according to the business plan Conduct annual evaluations (MBO) of supervisory personnel Follow and promote safety in the workplace, including attendance at safety meetings as well as conducting safety meetings when necessary All other duties as assigned
