Job Overview:
Seoyon E-HWA Manufacturing Auburn, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Team Leader for our Injection Molding Department at Plant 1. This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example, communicate clearly, and support efficient and safe operations during extended production hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members in the injection molding area Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed Monitor machines and troubleshoot minor issues with production or materials Maintain documentation and communicate updates using basic computer programs Support training and development of new team members Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Assist with quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards Enforce cleanliness and safety practices on the production floor
Qualifications:
English-speaking skills (verbal and written communication) Good computer skills (basic Microsoft Office and data entry) Strong comprehension and reasoning ability Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts on concrete floors Previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred Experience in injection molding or plastic parts production is a plus
