Manufacturing :
Minimum of 4 years leading teams in a production or assembly environment, with a proven track record of driving performance and meeting operational goals. ERP System Proficiency (SAP Preferred) : Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems to manage production schedules, inventory, and reporting.
Strong Leadership & Communication Skills:
Ability to motivate teams, communicate clearly across departments, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. ???? What You’ll Do As a Production Group Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the assembly operations. You’ll lead a team of skilled assemblers, optimize workflows, and ensure top-tier quality and on-time delivery.
Your Impact:
Plan and schedule production orders and material usage Lead and coordinate assembler activities for peak performance Monitor schedules and proactively resolve bottlenecks Drive cost savings through lean practices and continuous improvement Analyze KPIs and production data to guide decision-making Train, coach, and inspire your team to exceed expectations Ensure equipment, inventory, and workspaces are safe and efficient Collaborate across departments and occasionally with external partners ???? What You Bring Associate degree or higher (preferred) 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing ERP experience (SAP preferred) Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Project Management experience (a plus!) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven ???? Shift Details 2nd
