Lead ACM Panel Installer 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 6351 NW 28th Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Lotspeich Co. of Florida, Inc. is seeking to hire a Senior Installer to supervise a team of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Panel Installers . The jobsite locations are within Broward and Palm Beach Counties . Starting pay is commensurate with experience. Senior ACM Panel Installation Supervisor The Senior ACM Panel Installation Supervisor exists to supervise a team of installers and ensure ACM panels are safely and accurately installed in commercial construction projects. Essential (Core Competencies) Duties The Senior Supervisor must have a strong understanding of and ability to interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. Also, must have ACM Panel installation experience. Install ACM panels on building facades, signage, or other structures, ensuring alignment, level, and secure fastening. Secure panels with appropriate systems (e.g., rivets, screws, adhesives, or clip systems). Ensure all panels are installed with precision and meet aesthetic and functional requirements. Inspect finished installations for alignment, gaps, and any defects. Conduct routine quality checks to ensure work complies with safety and building codes. Troubleshoot any issues related to the installation or performance of the panels. Ensure that the panels are properly installed with attention to detail, ensuring a weather-tight seal, and correct alignment with the building structure. Inspect panels before and after installation for any defects, damages, or misalignments. Troubleshoot issues and correct any discrepancies during installation. Work with a team of installers, contractors, and project managers to ensure the project progresses smoothly and within the scheduled timeline Ability to identify and address problems during installation, such as panel misalignments or material defects. High attention to detail in the alignment, installation, and finishing of panels to ensure a quality result.
